变更国家工商总局升级集团公司怎么办理

国家工商总局企业名称预先核准提交材料规范： 

（1）企业名称预先核准申请书（投资人签字、盖章；内含委托书）；文件范本请发邮箱索取； 

（2）投资人（股东）的明（自然人为复印件、企业为营业执照副本复印件加盖公章）材料若为外文，应附加盖翻译公司公章的中文翻译件 国家工商总局企业名称变更核准提交材料规范 

（1）企业名称变更核准意见书（注册地工商局出具、注册地工商局盖章）；文件范本请发邮箱索取； 

（2）代表或者共同委托代理人的（委托企业盖章）；

（3）投资人（股东）的明（自然人为复印件、企业为营业执照副本复印件加盖公章）； 

（4）企业营业执照副本复印件（加盖企业公章）

State Administration for Industry and Commerce enterprise name pre-approval submission specification:

 (1) Application for pre-approval of the name of the enterprise (signature and seal of the investor; including the power of attorney);

 (2) The qualification certificate of the investor (shareholder)(photocopy of the natural person's identity card and the copy of the business license of the enterprise with official seal) If the material is foreign foreign language, the Chinese translation document with the official seal of the translation company shall be appended with the specification of the material for the approval and submission of the change of the enterprise name of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce

 (1) Submission for approval of change of enterprise name (issued by the Trade and Industry Bureau of the place of registration and stamped by the Trade and Industry Bureau of the place of registration);

 (2) Certificate of appointment of representative or co-agent (seal of entrusting enterprise);

 (3) Certificate of qualification of the investor (shareholder)(copy of the identity card of the natural person and copy of the business license of the enterprise with official seal);

 (4) Copy of the business license of the enterprise (affixed with the official seal of the enterprise)
